Diets and nutritional plans
What benefits will you find with our diet plans?
With our diets you will lose weight and volume, gain health and increase your self-esteem.
Often, what you have left over is volume. Do you retain fluids and feel bloated?
It may be due to several causes: bad habits, food intolerances, emotional disturbances or sleep disorders, genetic inheritance, hypothyroidism, diseases,…
We can control almost all the factors for you to reach and maintain an adequate weight and volume. Without losing your muscle mass, without flaccidity, without deficiencies and without rebound or “yo-yo” effect.
What types of diets do we elaborate?
They are always individualized, balanced and appropriate to your circumstances and objectives.
Sometimes we want to reach our “ideal weight” and we go on very restrictive diets, which worsen our organic functionalism. We believe that there is no “ideal weight”, but a “suitable weight” for each of us, taking into account all the factors that influence us as individual beings, including social and work aspects.
Among the types of diets we do, we can plan protein diets (with a little more protein) to lose weight and/or volume without losing muscle mass, controlled ketogenic diets (in cases of tumors and other conditions that require it, intermittent fasting, etc.).
Are there nutritional plans for sports or anti-aging?
We elaborate a diet according to the requirements of the organism in the practice of sport or physical activity.
Moderate physical activity is beneficial for people of all ages. It increases our physical fitness, improves our immunity and modifies the expression of some genes. Thus, it increases our quality of life and survival. It must be age appropriate; as an excess is detrimental, increases cellular oxidation and aging. We practice Anti-Aging and Longevity Medicine. It is a medicine that unites disciplines such as Neuropsychiatry, Endocrinology, Nutrition, Genetics and Aesthetic Medicine. It aims to prevent and minimize the physical and psychological deterioration that the passage of time produces in us. It aims to improve quality of life and survival, fighting, in addition, against neurodegenerative diseases and other pathologies associated with age (hypertension, diabetes, osteoporosis,…).
With the passage of time there is an accumulation of changes in our cells. As a consequence of the inability to maintain homeostasis under stressful conditions , the risk of disease and death increases. We elaborate preventive plans to achieve a physiological aging.
Also restorative and corrective plans, when the stigmata of aging are already present, to restore the metabolism and functionalism of the skin and organs to normal.
For this purpose, we have, among other resources, the following:
